Your clients and proof of work

This is the most important section. Real examples of your work win new clients more than anything else on a website.

Which clients may we name on the website?

We will always ask before using any logo.

Name 2 or 3 projects you are proud of. What was the problem and what did you install?

Please send us photos of finished boardrooms, auditoriums or server rooms you have worked on. Which projects will you send?

The current website has a "Training" section. You mentioned you do not offer training, so we will remove it.

Boardrooms, small meeting rooms, auditoriums, video conferencing...

Which systems do you work with?

What does a typical boardroom job cost?

A rough range is fine, e.g. "R50k to R150k".

How long does a typical installation take, from first meeting to finished?

Do you sell hardware on its own (HP, Cisco), or only as part of a project?

Do you offer support or maintenance contracts after installation?

Ownership, B-BBEE and certifications

Procurement teams check these details closely, so they need to be exactly right.

The site says both "100% black woman owned" and "51% black owned". Which is correct?

What is your current B-BBEE level, and when does your affidavit or certificate expire?

Which certifications do your technicians hold?

For example Cisco, Crestron, Microsoft.

Are you an official partner of any brands? At what level?

Are you registered on the government Central Supplier Database (CSD)?

How quickly do you respond to a support call?

Who answers new enquiries, and how quickly?

Would you like clients to reach you on WhatsApp? Which number?

Do you still use the fax number, or can we remove it?
